Mastodon Updates#
There were a couple of small Mastodon updates this month, v4.5.6 and v4.5.7, with mostly minor behind the scenes fixes.
Hardware Price Increases#
Due to the current AI/LLM hype boom and associated datacenter construction, the cost of hardware components has been increasing dramatically. As a result, multiple major hosting companies have recently announced price increases but so far none of those announced increases have impacted peoplemaking.games directly.
Thanks to those of you donating on Patreon, the server is in a stable financial situation and should be able to absorb a reasonable level of prices increases if that does end up happening in the near future.
